- Suggestion to add the masses with just the location rather than separate boxes for each parish (listing the masses according to times
- Have Sharon take a look at what the mass schedule for each and listing within the bulletin

- Welcome packets- Tama followed up with Dawn, Dawn said yes in Reach/Out Reach to handle, before printing Fr. Bernie will approve
- Welcome letter, prayer for the family, contributions
- Deacon Marty, leader of InReach/OutReach- sounds great, looking for a project, Tama said that we are available as a pillar if needed
- Ministry Fair Booklet- ministry, include the meeting day/time, contact name
- Tama with the I-9 update
- Consolidated Financial picture
- David received all of the diocesan financial statements, PDS ones have made progress toward standardization
- Other sections- nothing listed, have to find out more information when we will drill down into the monthly costs/expenses
- IC- financial management company that has helped them and have done really nice yields
- Dawn has been really responsive with gathering all of the information
- Website & Organizational Chart
- 75% website done
- Work on better pictures of each church, some were coming in blurry
- Tabs are across the top
- List/Calendar in each individual parish events
- Search for events only in the specific parish

- St V and IC websites are good and they are formatting ANN to look like IC

- Lynn has put it together for all paid staff members
- Has reviewed with Dawn
- Dawn will be reviewing with Fr. Bernie
- Dawn is concerned about Maintenance; use them across the parishes/locations potentially
- Pros: variety of work, allow personnel to work on what they enjoy
- Cons- people don’t like change, personnel, tribal knowledge at specific locations
- Bookkeepers to move to one location/cross training
Ex: would be standardizing the days for check signing
- Add Sarah- Cleaning at IC/StV
- Discuss projects or goals for our Admin Pillar and in what order to complete them
- Security at the parish locations
- Enrichment plan
- Take look at the Admin Pillar Enrichment Plan and see what tasks we still need to do and where to go from here for next meeting
- Make a list of what may not be completed, timelines
- Tracy will reach out to Deacon Greg Moran on the updated Admin Pillar Enrichment plan
